"Al Sisi is a blessing from God for Egypt"

Egyptian Freedom Party President Salah Hasaballah has announced that changes to the constitution have been made in the interests of the country, not for the benefit of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi.

He was talking about changing the constitution in the country and people's involvement in the referendum. His slogan was 'Be responsible, help the government'. "Democracy will be in danger if you do not participate," he added.

Hasaballah openly said, "Al-Sisi is a blessing from God for Egypt." In the last general election, Hasaballah was elected as a Member of Parliament, while 485 other MPs like him have supported the Sisi. The Egyptian parliament has 596 members.

The majority wants to change the provisions of the constitution so that President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi can remain in power until 2034, his dictatorship remains in place and becomes legitimate.

For this he needs a loyal force. It has already been made. This time the process of ruling till 2034 is underway. In 2034, Sisi will be 84 years old. Hosni Mubarak also ruled Egypt for 30 years.

During the recent inauguration of a government project in Damietta province, Sisi complained that some private companies had taken over government land, which he was opposed to if he wanted to return. He said in a loud voice, do not tolerate these thefts. He said, ‘Those who want to challenge me are actually challenging God; Because no one is hostile to me and there is no conflict of interest. '

In a bid to rule the country for life, government authorities have demolished the Abu al-Ikhlas al-Zarqani Sufi mosque in Alexandria by presidential decree. The allegation against the Sufi mosque is that it was established on government land without any license.

Now the mosque has been accused of obstructing work on the Mahmudia Corridor project in Alexandria. Six to eight lane roads and four bridges will be constructed in the corridor at a cost of 302 million USD.

In a televised interview, Sisi said, "Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not say that demolition of mosques is unacceptable for such an issue of the country."

Now, 10 such mosques have been demolished on Mahmudia Road. The people of Egypt are devout, there are many mosques in that country and people are always flocking to them. After the prayers in the Sufi mosques, various small verses of quran are recited in small groups.

Mosques have been demolished for allegedly setting up government places without permission. Bedouins protest in Marsa Matruh. Because their mosque has been given to the UAE for development.

The Bedouins are nowhere to be found places for gatherings to pray. No one knows how many days the development work will be completed and how many days they will have to keep their spiritual practises off. Whether the Sufi group will get permission if the mosque is acquired by the authorities after construction is another matter.

Egypt's, "Egypt Independent" newspaper reported that Mohammed Fauda, the leader of the Sufi movement, had protested but had not succeeded. According to him, ‘How much can be fought against the military government?’ Very tough measures are taken against those who oppose it.

One such person, Nasser Abul Enin of Cairo's Warak Island, was detained for 15 days. Sisi claims that 50,000 people are living illegally on government land on Warak Island. About 700 houses have been demolished to make the island more suitable for tourism.

The former Grand Mufti of Al-Azhar, a pro-Sisi party, has issued a fatwa stating, " Wife can be beaten" People call her 'Idol Mufti' and' 'Wife Beating Mufti 'for these fatwas.
Ali Gomaa approved the movement, not the protest. So the president has taken a stand in support of Sisi's anti-protest policy. "Female circumcision (FMG) is prohibited, but not un-Islamic," he said in the fatwa. "The sale of pork and alcohol is legal in the West and in non-Muslim countries."

Several protesters were killed and 19 were injured and taken to hospital. Hundreds of Brotherhood-run mosques were closed a few years ago and money deposited in their banks was confiscated.

Al-Azhar's former Grand Mufti Ali Gomaa has been supporting Sisi's austerity. Dr. Ali Gomaa became Grand Mufti in 2003 under Hosni Mubarak. He belongs to the Shafi'i sect and gives thousands of fatwas a week. So far he has written 27 Arabic books, although there are no books in English.

In the Islamic world he is a large-scale scholar and local friend of President Sisi; Recently, some of the most controversial fatwas and political statements on Qatar have been cornered.

He is also considered an Islamic scholar of Sufism in Egypt and the Muslim world. The basic premise of Sufism is to be close to the Creator by purifying the soul. Sufism is also very popular in Egypt.

"Female circumcision (FMG) is prohibited, but not un-Islamic," he said in the fatwa. "The sale of pork and alcohol is legal in the West and in non-Muslim countries." These fatwas left the Muslim world in a state of uproar. Ali Gomaa has considerable influence in Egyptian politics and the Islamic world, and has many followers. "The Brotherhood is using religion to gain political advantage," Gomaa said.

Last October, 222 members of the European Parliament expressed concern to Egyptian President Al Sisi about the detainees being tried without trial and called for their immediate release.

At the same time, 56 members of the US Congress made the same call. They further warned that if political prisoners were not released, the United States would launch a blockade if their message was not evaluated. The Human Rights Organization estimates that 60,000 political prisoners are being held in Egyptian prisons at the time of the epidemic. There are thousands of prisoners against whom there is no charge, no trial.

Dr. Ali Gomaa is working with the Sisi government to eliminate the Brotherhood. The Sisi government is controlling the media and imprisoning the protesters. It has also banned Islamic books.

Apart from Karzai, books by scholars such as Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Wahhab, Imam bin Taymiyyah, Sheikh bin Baz, Sheikh bin Usaimin, Sheikh bin Ishaq Al Huaini, Sheikh Mohammad Hussein Yaqub and Sheikh Mohammad Hassan are also banned in Egypt. Thousands of books by these authors have been removed from the mosque.

The work of freezing all the bank accounts of the Brotherhood has been completed, including stopping the rise of religious politics, closing hundreds of Brotherhood-run mosques.

The text of the khutba is now sent to the mosque to control the khutba of the mosque, arrangements have been made to deliver the khutba (sermon) in the mosque on Fridays through state-certified imams.

Scholars like Gomaa are being given state patronage. Sheikh Saad al-Din al-Helali of Al-Azhar, like Ali Gomaa, said, "Sisi is like a messenger of Allah" He added that the "Muslim Brotherhood does not believe in 'monotheism'." Many more scholar who are supporters of Gomaa wrote poems in praise of Sisi, and these lyrics and poems praising Sisi were regularly published in newspapers. In addition to Ali Gomaa, Sisi's activities are supported by a large group of Egyptian scholars, who receive state titles and financial benefits in return.

Many in the group said, "Sisi is a reformer, so the prophets have a dignified personality."These are hell dogs," said pro-government clerics, referring to Brotherhood activists who have been hanged. According to Ali Gomaa and his supporters, those who threw stones during the protests were defected from Islam. Whether it is the Muslim Brotherhood or whatever, killing Kharijites ( who defected from the religion) is allowed in Islam, Sisi is doing the right thing. On July 8, Mufti Gomaa issued two controversial fatwas, saying, "It is not a Major sin to take off women's headscarves or hijabs." "If someone commits suicide, he will not go to the ranks of an atheist, but he will be considered shameless by Allah."

His followers are also furious in the race of issuing pecuiliar fatwas , Preacher Sabri Abdur Rauf issued a fatwa, "Sex with a dead wife is not forbidden in Islam." Soad Saleh issued a fatwa, "Sex with animals is not forbidden." This is the situation! What a shame! What an expression of animal character!

A recent statement by Ali Gomaa compared the capture of Sisi by a military coup to the overthrow of democratically elected President Morsi to the conquest of Mecca by the Prophet Muhammad.

As a result, Egypt itself and the Muslim world have given birth to a new controversy. Ordinary Muslims, the Sufi class and the Prophet's lovers are very angry. Ali Gomaa also described to CNN's Arabic broadcast that the empowerment of Sisi was a special contribution from Allah.

Gomaa occasionally made controversial statements in the Muslim world, which are the reason of disappointment for the Muslims especially to the followers of the Sunni ideology of the Ummah. "Shoot them in their chest and kill them," he told the army. "They are hypocrites and apostates! ’‘ Allah and His Messenger are with you. May Allah destroy them, Amen. 'He thus supported the actions of the army in suppressing the ongoing protests in Egypt. He added, ‘The Queen of Britain is a descendant of Allah’s Messenger Muhammad SAAW! Gomaa issued an embarrassing fatwa, "Anyone who obeys President Sisi obeys the Prophet."

The Sisi has been criticized worldwide for its repressive policies, killings, the Rabaa genocide and the deaths of political prisoners. Ali Gomaa unhesitatingly supported Sisi's actions. Due to these controversial statements and actions, the Secretariat of the International Union of Muslim Scholars in July 2021 dismissed Mufti Ali Gomaa by a unanimous decision.

Just as the Vatican guides Christendom, so Al-Azhar should guide the Muslim world politically and lead the gathering of the Ummah.
