Bluedot Network and G-7 to prevent BRI

The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is China's global mega-project aimed at enhancing trade and cooperation in Asia, Africa and even Europe in the continent and at sea. Infrastructure, communications, energy and convenient marketing are important for development. These have been coordinated in the BRI project.

Recent data shows that regional relations and 'economic growth' are increasing due to BRI. Xi Jinping first proposed in a speech to the Indonesian parliament in 2013.

Two Chinese banks, the China Development Bank and the Export-Import Bank of China, are financing the project. There is no one else's contribution here, so there is no share in the dividend.

However, participants will receive dividends as per the agreement. The biggest thing is that the infrastructure of the country will increase and there will be economic development, the trade will expand. Meanwhile, the countries participating in BRI, especially in Asia, have seen new growth rates due to infrastructure development.

In other words, its goal is infrastructure development. So two-thirds of the funds are being used for infrastructure development, including projects to improve the energy and transport sectors. It is costing 50-100 billion dollars a year.

As published in October 2020, near to 47 billion has been invested in projects so far last year, and 690 major projects have been undertaken so far in 138 countries of the world. Earlier, the author's article 'China's success in Military and Economy', published in the blog, gave some images of development.

BRI transport projects are helping to develop trade, increase foreign investment, and help alleviate poverty. Because transportation cost is decreasing in structural development.

Pakistan, Iran and Central Asian countries are fast beginning to reap the benefits. When all projects are fully operational, world trade will increase by 1.7 to 6.2 per cent. As a result, global real income will increase by 0.7 to 2.9 per cent. Globally, BRI will lift 8700K people out of extreme poverty and alleviate the poverty of 34 million middle-income people.

The rise of China is affecting the world, and the response is overwhelming. If China succeeds, the whole world will turn to Beijing. Everyone will run for gaining Chinese experience.

Then the western sun will rise on the eastern horizon and the world order will move in China's favour. That is why Westerners are not only apprehensive but in many cases frightening. They are looking for materials to somehow prevent Chinese domination.

As an alternative, the Blue Dot network or BDN is being proposed against China. The Biden administration, along with Japan and Australia, has taken steps to build this global market infrastructure.

Their idea is that if BDN succeeds, China's belt and road progress will come to a standstill and China will have to wrap up somewhere. It's an invention of the Donald Trump administration. The Biden administration has now formed an executive consultant group to take the idea forward, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development is in charge of overseeing the whole affair, and Washington and Canberra are providing financial support.

There is no doubt that Japan and other countries will finance it later. Problems will arise if there is no transparency and accountability in smart work. The private sector is also being involved in the development of market systems and infrastructure, so the private sector is also getting the opportunity to invest here.

Attempts are being made to prevent China's influence in the world market by making the Bluetooth network a global trade-based project. So that China cannot move forward economically and militarily.

Preliminary preparations show that 150 skilled executives from 96 countries will be brought together and the asset worth of 12 trillion would be brought to the table of management. Financial institutions and officials around the world have been targeted, including Citi and JPMorgan, and institutions in the public sector, such as the Thailand Pension Fund.

However, security analyst Derek Grossman said, "It is not a straightforward matter to take China's Belt and Road Initiative one-sidedly." In the BRI, China alone makes decisions and provides funding, while there are many levels of consultation, funding and joint decision-making in BDN.

There is no way to say now how successful the action against China will be. Without it, China will not remain silent if BDN starts working. Matthew Goodman, Daniel Runde and Jonathan Hillman, experts at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C., argue that the United States has enormous power, trillions of trillion dollars in pension and insurance funds that can be invested for longer.

Bluedot Network will bring a high level of capability, confidence and trust and investment will come very soon.

The United States, Japan and Australia introduced the Bank to the first Bluedot Network in the Indo-Pacific Forum in 2019. Bluedot means green earth. The more blue dot there is, the safer and more developed the world will be.

The United States wants to take India into it. India is the only member of the quad that is not on the Bluedot network. Unlike the Chinese infrastructure, India is also in a strong position.

India refused to enter the Belt and Road Forum in 2018 and 2019. Goodman and Runde think that private sector investors will not want to invest in risky projects. Nothing is being started right now without it.
Bluedot Network or BDN is newer than BRI. It doesn't matter to BDN to invest more than in China.

The idea of infrastructure development with Japan and Australia suggested that it could compete with China's BRI. In 2018, BRI's trade volume was 1.3 trillion. It is not clear why the United States has not helped develop economic infrastructure in those countries in recent years to impede China's progress.

Many ordinary people in America think that the United States is working for the development of Afghanistan and women's liberation! There is no need to explain to anyone what is right. The alliance needs another country to present BDN strongly which is India. India is called the giant of South Asia.

India has also agreed to join the US BDN. Because all the forces of the G-7 alliance seem to be stood against China. China has reacted differently to the anti-China declaration at the G-7 summit.

Twenty-eight jets entered Taiwan but did not attack. Indian media have reported that the army has regrouped on the Ladakh border. No Quad country has yet commented or issued a warning on these incidents.

Some experts said there was no discussion of global economics at the G7 summit. Although discussions on the political interests of some countries have been going on for a long time, nothing is promising in the receiving bag. Joe Biden met online with 40 world leaders in April to discuss climate change.

At the end of a month and a half, the G-7 has been brought to the negotiating table again! Many issues were also discussed at the G-20 summit. Many question why the G-20 issues will be discussed at the G-7conference. These countries have been holding annual conferences since the seventies.

In the eighties, these countries accounted for 51 percent of world GDP, while developing countries in Asia accounted for 7.8 percent. In 2021, the G-7 countries accounted for 31 per cent of world GDP and the developing countries of Asia for 32.9 per cent. Analysts are now calculating these.

Critics say the G-7 is an unnecessary alliance. The leaders of the alliance do not care about their promises, they make important statements but they are symbolic. They talk about problems but doesn't solve them. Previously, they insisted on solving global problems, and this year's conference was no exception.

The goal of this year's conference is to reduce carbon emissions to zero by 2050 so that the developed countries can work better in this regard. Developed countries have been asked to reach their goals without any financial plan. The financial plan that was made in 2009 has not been completed yet, but the appeal is being repeated.

They insist they will provide 100 billion a year to the sector. Wealthy countries have failed to meet their deadline of 2020. They also emphasized studies. Thousands of children in poor countries are deprived of access to primary and secondary education due to a lack of funds.

UNICEF estimated last year that poor countries needed 504 billion a year to address education shortages. This assistance should be given till 2030. Excluding the countries' funding, the deficit remains at 146 billion a year. This time the G-7 said, ‘Another 40 million girls need to go to school.

At least 2.75 billion a year should be spent on the Global Partnership for Education. ”Does UNICEF's data have anything to do with the G-7 commitment? On July 22, the media reported that 2,700 children were killed in the war in the world in 2020.

However, 85,000 children have died in the famine caused by the war in Yemen. All of these numbers are calculated by the westerners. The number of children killed in famine due to war in other countries of the world is out of these calculations. Now there is no talk of oppressed Yemeni children in any forum, there is no talk of education.

The big problems facing the world now are prevention of the COVID pandemic, stopping carbon emissions, changing the energy system, ensuring children's education, resolving the refugee crisis, meeting the SDGs. However, in the global issue, ‘counter-terrorism’ has been made important.

Special groups are being involved with this. But the terror of the Jews is being avoided. It can be seen that the G-7 member states are more active in protecting Israeli interests. China has warned the leaders of the G-7 alliance that some countries will decide the fate of the whole world, that era has been ended long ago.

Angela Merkel of Germany has opposed the G-7's plan to spend huge sums of money on building infrastructure in developing countries, such as the Belt and Road Initiative of China. That means disagreement at the beginning!

Analysts say US President Joe Biden is determined that Western powers must act now to stop China's rise. But it's too late. At this year's conference, the G-7 took on the Buildback a Better World or E3D project, which would be a great sacrifice to bridge the gap with developed countries by investing more than 40 trillion as needed in developing countries.

This is an ambitious project of the G-7 alliance, which was launched this year. Joe Biden said the E3D project would be of a higher standard than China's Belt and Road Initiative. We will have to wait and see how successful this attempt to stop China will be in the end .
