Because, to prevent coronavirus infection, the body needs to enhance immunity. As well as following proper health instructions given by the relevant authorities.

The first step in preventing coronavirus is to develop personal awareness and to improve the immune system of everyone.

As a result, it is easy to prevent the serious symptoms of coronavirus infection, such as respiratory and immune system infections.

In a simple word, any virus is a protein-rich microorganism, which can result in people to have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, and even severe pneumonia.

Other than that, the virus can develop deadly diseases very easily. Therefore, to increase the body's immunity, you need to eat more antioxidant-rich foods daily.

Anti-oxidants are some vitamins, minerals and enzymes, which fight against harmful free radicals in the body (something that damages body cells, proteins and DNA), helping to protect the body's cells from the threat of bacterial infection.

The main antioxidants are beta-carotene, vitamin A, C, E, lycopene, lutein selenium etc.
The most anti-oxidant rich foods to impede coronavirus infection are:

Beta Carotene: Bright coloured fruits, vegetables. Such as carrot, spinach, mango, pulse etc.

Vitamin A: Carrots, spinach, sweet potato, sweet potato, pomelo, egg, liver, dairy products.
